Build a working document

Project documents combine written context with attached artifacts such as PDFs, audio, video, and images. Multiple files can live with the same document when they support one subject.

1. 1Open Documents and choose a project.
2. 2Create a document or upload source material.
3. 3Add notes and supporting files.
4. 4Link related tasks where useful.
5. 5Save the document so the project retains one shared source of truth.

Use documents for training

A project can organize training material without turning Taskologic into a public video platform. Project access controls who can open the document and its artifacts.
