Connect Microsoft Teams to Taskologic

Bring approved Microsoft Teams meeting context into Flo and the work it affects.

Connect the company Microsoft account

Taskologic manages the platform connector. A workspace admin signs in with the company Microsoft account and approves the requested meeting permissions.

  1. 1Open Manage, then Integrations.
  2. 2Choose Microsoft Teams and select Connect Microsoft Teams.
  3. 3Sign in to the company Microsoft account.
  4. 4Review and allow the requested permissions.
  5. 5Return to Taskologic and confirm Microsoft Teams shows Connected.

Bring Teams meetings into Flo

Open Flo Live, choose Teams from Meeting sources, and select the approved upcoming meetings to import. The imported meeting stays connected to Flo moments, outcomes, memory, and followups.

Taskologic imports approved meeting context. Recording and transcript availability depends on the provider connection and the meeting artifacts available to the connected account.
