Connect Zoom to Taskologic

Bring approved Zoom meeting context into Flo and the work it affects.

Connect the company Zoom account

Taskologic manages the platform connector. A workspace admin only needs to sign in with the company Zoom account and approve the requested permissions.

  1. 1Open Manage, then Integrations.
  2. 2Choose Zoom and select Connect Zoom.
  3. 3Sign in to the company Zoom account.
  4. 4Review and allow the requested permissions.
  5. 5Return to Taskologic and confirm Zoom shows Connected.

Use Zoom in Flo

Open Flo Live and choose Zoom from Meeting sources. Approved meetings can be brought into Flo, where recordings and transcript context support moments, outcomes, memory, and followups.
